Competitive pricing We offer very competitive pricing on all our products.

Privacy Statement: Simply put, we do not sell or share any information with any third party. All information collected is collected for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Security: We're now running on a secure Commerce Server. All transfers of  sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, are encrypted for maximum security. For performance reason only the documents that  need security on are on the secure server.  

International customers: We do accept orders from International customers. Our shopping cart will handle Shipments to various countries and will calculate Priority Mail rates for most countries. If your country is not listed select "Other Not Listed" from the drop down list. We will advise you if we ship to your country and quote you shipping.

Due to an alarming increase in use of stolen credit cards, we may require additional identification such as passport or Drivers License. At the present time we can only accept credit cards as a form of payment. Paypal is accepted on our sister site: Swimming Pool Equipment.com

Most international orders are insured. We consider the sale complete when the package is delivered to the post office. Shipping times are estimates and we have no control over the time it takes to deliver a package. In the unlikely event that an order is delayed by the postal service or lost, We will replace the item or credit your account only after the outcome of the postal investigation. This could take 6-8 weeks.

Payment Methods: My Pool, Inc  accepts all major credit cards, including Discover, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Since all orders must be placed on the web we do not accept checks or money orders.

Placing orders
has never been easier. First search for the product you are looking for. Then add the product to your shopping basket. After you have found and added all the products you need, simply checkout and fill out the shipping and billing information on the order form. Most items that have zero dollars in the cost column are item no longer manufactured or special order.

Time to Process Orders:Eighty Percent of our orders received during normal business hours(Monday - Friday), ship within 24-48 hours of placement of the order. Delays occur do to current availability from our stock as well as the wholesalers and manufacturers we purchase from.

Product Information: We depend on the manufacturers to provide us detailed product descriptions.  When possible we include links  where detailed information is Available We make all the product literature we have available through our web server. If you have questions that our online literature does not answer, please E-mail us or check with the manufacturer, as they may be in a better position to  answer your questions.

Return Policy:

       • Please e-mail us to obtain an RMA and return address for shipping.
       • Refusal: Any refused packaged is subject to the return policy stated here,
       • All returns must include a copy of the invoice, along with the reason for returning.
       • Drop Shipped items must be returned to My Pool, Inc., In order to assure proper credit.
       • All Returns must be completed within 15 days of Invoice.
       • Special Order are ordered specifically for you and are not-refundable
       • Returns received after 15 days from date of Invoice are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
       • Returns will not be accepted after 45 days from date of invoice.
       • All returns must in Saleable condition, unused, with all packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards.
       • Items that have warranty cards, must be returned with warranty card blank.
       • To insure the quality of the product we are shipping there are no returns on Electrical Items or Heater Parts.
       • Shipping Fees are Not REFUNDABLE.

After a return is received, My Pool, Inc  will issue a full credit, less shipping costs, typically in 7-14 days of receiving the return. 

Taxes: Florida residents are required to pay sales tax, based on the county you live in and the total amount of the sale including shipping. Unless a valid exemption form is on file.

In many countries, there is no additional import duties, tariffs and/or taxes imposed. However Import duty/VAT/GST may be imposed by your country. The buyer shall be responsible for finding out if any such duties are applicable.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if  My Pool, Inc made a mistake in shipping the product.  Shipping will be reimbursed using lowest cost typically for small items postal rates. We do not reimburse for insurance and delivery confirmation. For Larger items will will issue a pickup.

Shipping: Shipping & Handling Charges are non-refundable. While all shipping information provide is an estimate, ground shipments are reasonably accurate, shipments by air or by trucking companies can vary considerably from the estimate provided during checkout. We will notify you if there is a significant difference.

Shipping Information:

Domestic Orders: Shipping will be done using one of three Methods:

International customers: We do accept orders from International customers. Most International Orders will be shipped by USPS, within the size and weight limits imposed by each county.

How We Ship:

  • USPS - Small US Orders: Most Orders are shipped by UPS. However small orders typically Under $125.00 and weighing less than 3 Pounds, may be shipped by USPS using Priority Mail. We will notify you on how the order is shipped when it is ready for shipment. Regardless our minimum shipping charge is the UPS ground Shipping rate, calculated by the shopping cart. All International orders will be shipped using USPS.

  • UPS - Most Items can be shipped by UPS, if the item weight or dimesions does not exceed 150 pounds

  • Truck (Freight, Common Carrier), Items that are two large or weigh more than 150 Pounds

How Long Does It take?  Times for carrier to deliver package once the package is received. These times do not include time to process the order:

  • Fed Ex Home Regular service (1-7 days delivery). Delivers Tuesday thru Saturday.
    FedEx Ground Regular service (1-7 days delivery). Delivers Monday thru Friday.


    Three day Select, within 3 business days, through out the 48 continuous states.
    Second Day Air, two business days from the time it is picked up.
    Next Day Air, one business day from the time it is picked up. 

    Common Carrier: Some item either due to size or weight cannot be shipped by UPS.

  • USPS - 50 US States, 1-4 Days.
    USPS - International 7-21 Days

Note: UPS does not deliver or pick up on Saturdays or Sundays. Our Business days are Monday - Friday.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If a Package is returned for insufficient address or wrong address, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the package.

Warranty: We do not manufacture any of the products we sell. All products carry a manufacturer's Warranty. Some manufacturers may require you to return the item to us for processing. While, we are not a warranty station, we will work on your behalf in getting the item replaced. If the product is being returned for replacement or warranty, additional shipping charges will apply.

Will a certain product work with my existing system? If the part number matches the manufacturer literature the part should work exactly like the original. We don't have the privilege of seeing your pool, pump or filter, so ordering a specfic part may not solve the problem encoutered. Therefore we cannot and do not warranty any product for suitability of use.

Cancellations: While we prefer you do not cancel an order, we understand that mistakes are made, therefore you may cancel an order any time prior to shipment. Since many orders are shipped within 24 hours. Cancellations must be done by calling 954-442-1066. E-mails may not be read in a timely manner and therefore are not a suitable means to cancel an order. If you use e-mail, please put word Cancel in the subject line, this does not guarantee the order will be cancelled prior to shipping. If you are not able to timely cancel an order, you can refuse the package. Most carriers will return the package at no additional charge. However, original Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
