Swimming Pool Leaks are often very difficult to find,? Marlig Fix A Leak finds them a seals them. Swimming pool leaks are often fixed simply by adding Marlig to the pool and allowing the pool to recirculate for 24-48 hours.
Marlig Fix a leak is a blended concentrated material designed to seal leaks in virtually any material. It can be applied in the shell and works equally well in the plumbing. It will seal holes up to 1/8". The seal is permanent. Use one quart for pools up to 22,000 gallons. Do not use in excess of one quart per 5000 gallons.
Marlig Fix-A-leak has been through field tested under a variety of weather conditions and has proven effective in sealing leaks.
Fix-A-Leak is also an excellent preventative maintenance aid, as it coats all surfaces that it comes in contact with, it reduces down on formation of rust and corrosion.
It is important to by-pass filter media before adding fix-a-leak. Many pools have multi port valves, that allow water to circulate without passing Through the filter (Re-circulate), Check your filter manual to be sure. cartridges should be removed prior to adding fix-a-leak. DE filters should either by-pass the filter or remove the grids.
